  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

  4. Spread a layer of the meat sauce across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  5. Arrange a layer of frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  6. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, softened cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and Greek yogurt until smooth and combined.
  7. Spread the creamy cheese mixture over the ravioli layer.
  8. Add another layer of ravioli and remaining meat sauce.
  9. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.

  12. Garnish with fresh parsley and basil before serving.

Notes

  • Frozen ravioli makes this casserole easy to assemble without boiling pasta separately.
  • The cream cheese mixture creates the rich, “million dollar” texture of the dish.
  • Drain excess grease from the sausage before adding marinara sauce.
  • Allow the casserole to rest briefly before serving so the layers set.
  • Fresh parsley and basil add brightness to the rich cheesy pasta.
